How is delivery arranged?
Our team handles the logistics to ensure your transportable pod is delivered and connected up at your location.
Note: as these units are large, require setting up and each site has different requirements, they cannot be directly collected and towed by a customer.
Do I need licensed trades to connect my space?
Generally not for a standard setup as this is a temporary setup and not plumbed in as such, however if for example no sewage / septic drain , suitable electricity outlet’s etc, then licensed trades may be required at additional cost. See below sections for requirements.

What drainage is needed?
We require access to a standard household Floor Waste Gully connected to a sewage / septic tank. Located within 30M (let us know if longer distance required)
If this is not available, then it will need either to have it connected to a sewer / septic via a licensed plumber or you may need a model that collects the Grey / waste water.
We do not dump any water onto the ground other than a little rain water running off the roof!
Safety
All electrical, plumbing and Gas fittings are installed inside our units by licenses trades
Temporary power cables and pipes will be run under cable / pipe protectors to reduce the risk of damage and tripping.
We try to keep cables and pipes as discrete as possible however some services may need to cross driveways or trafficable area’s.
Those crossing driveway will have a heavy duty trafficable protector.
